It was the same pleasant and friendly experience we had at this dealership as the first time we came three years ago. This time around, we had Jason Ku as our sales rep. He was very patient, and honest, which I appreciated the most with the amount of questions and uncertainties I had about the cars we seen. He knew of the salty experiences and skepticisms I endured at other dealerships. In spite of that, he exceeded my expectations and made transitioning to getting a new car more effortlessly. It's really the little things that has the biggest impact on me, and him taking the time to follow up with us even after we left the dealership made the experience that much more memorable. Like an actual "handwritten" thank you note. Who does that anymore? In addition to fine service, we also dealt with Justin. It's easy to get caught up and confused about the amount of paperwork you're signing away, but Justin was very genuine and professional when handling our paperwork . I would highly recommend anyone to this welcoming kid-friendly dealership. More
