Paul is the dealer expert on the VW ID.4. He answered all our questions about public charging, home charging, and the expected range of the ID.4. The entire staff at Jack Daniels VW was great. While we were waiting to finalize our paperwork, their Sales Manager, Greg King Jr., came over to introduce himself and said if we ever needed anything, to please reach out to him directly.
