We drove 4 different cars and Mike was knowledgeable about all of them. I did not feel any pressure or push to buy - Mike genuinely tried to help me get a car which is right for me! Also I want to call out Doug who helped me with all the paperwork - as I'm new to US and all that stuff was super confusing to me. David is a liar! Originally I had written a very favorable review for this car buying experience. Not even a month in that has entirely changed. During the process my salesperson mentioned multiple times the car was still under some of the original bumper to bumper warranty. Several things about the car I took issue with before purchasing he said would be covered by this. He got this information from the Carfax report (a third party). When I bring the car in for service I am told not only that there is no warranty, but none of what I am asking for is covered. I was pushed into buying this car under false pretenses. I also was promised a second key, which they couldn’t find when I took possession of the car. Now I am being told both myself and my friend who were present misheard the salesman who promised us a key. They are hundreds of dollars. Terrible service all around by the sales department. Either David was foolish enough to rely on third party (WRONG) info or he was greedy enough to trick me into buying this car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Juanita in service is very helpful. More
