Very unprofessional I was looking for a leftover 2018 Panamera 4. I live in the south where there was limited inventory and none. that matched my desires but I found one I was looking for a leftover 2018 Panamera 4. I live in the south where there was limited inventory and none. that matched my desires but I found one at Jack Daniels that was a good match. I sent an e-request and Gursh responded. The first price was RIDICULOUSLY higher than in Atlanta. Gursh and his sales manager then said they would match deal plus shipping. Spent the next 5 hours with them figuring out sales tax. They went home and said we will do this first thing tomorrow. Last time I heard from them. Not we can’t do the deal, can’t calculate tax,NOTHING. They have the right to sell what they want at the price they want but to completely ghost a customer, PCNA should know what a shady group this is. There are a lot of Porsche dealers in NJ/NY/CT. Avoid this one like the plague. What they failed to recognize is that I’m from that area originallyand any friends will certainly avoid this place now too. At the end of the day I ended up with a better car at a better price, but I dont think anyone should trust this location. BTW this car has been on their lot for almost a year. I wonder why? More
