Marty Field, my salesperson, responded quickly to my initial inquiry and we set up a time for a test drive. When I arrived for the test I was greeted at reception, offered a cup of coffee and Marty was called. Marty was working with a client but arranged for Noah to get the key to the car in which I was interested and bring me out to look at it. Noah guided me directly to the car and made sure I was able to see everything I wanted to look at while Marty finished with his client. Marty met us at the car, we went for a very pleasant and thorough test drive, after which we went inside at the dealer where I was offered (and accepted) a terrific fresh cup of coffee. We discussed the car and I left. Later in the day, Marty called to follow up. I made an offer which Marty accepted on his next call following his discussion with a supervisor. The pick up for the car was arranged and Francine was prompt, thoroughly prepared and professionally guided me through the closing. All in all, Marty, Noah and Francine combined to create a pleasant, professional, non-adversarial experience for me to buy a used car whose value was probably less than the sales tax on most of the cars sold at Jack Daniels and whilemaking me feel like my purchase was important to everyone. More
