After getting our motor vehicle, I realized that they had over charged us on the registration. I tried several times contacting my sales associate and the sales manager with no return phone calls. Dealerships are not allowed to charge more than what it costs to register your vehicle. The fact that they didn't respond to email, calls, or anything is a joke and shows how little they care about their customers. Everyone should check their contracts against their registration to make sure they weren't overcharged as well. More

They will hold your deposit so that it can help with their quota. You will play a cat and mouse game with them because you are not purchasing a vehicle from them. I hate that I ever walked in the door of Jack Daniel Kia Sales. They are liars and untrustworthy. Believe me I will warn everyone and put the word out from the North to the South about what pieces of crap they turned out to be. And believe me I know many people to spread the word about Jack Daniel Kia. I should have taken the long drive so I could get the type of service I am use to. Northern customer service sucks rocks. I will be heading to a dealer that knows how to treat a customer. And Marco you have yourself a great life you fraud. Just sign me ...I can forgive but I will never forget. More

They will become wolves after selling you the car and when you ask for whatever has been promised and contracted you are out of luck! Awful 17 days ago, I bought a used Kia from Jack Daniels. 5 days ago I found out that the car has a bad clutch (manual transmission). I brought the car the 17 days ago, I bought a used Kia from Jack Daniels. 5 days ago I found out that the car has a bad clutch (manual transmission). I brought the car the service department, where two people told me that a clutch repair would be covered by the warranty. So I brought the car in, and got a phone call later telling me that the clutch was bad, and that they wouldn't be covering the repair because it wasn't covered by the warranty, on the word of the sales department. They also told me that when they sold me the car, the clutch was fine. I was understandably upset and called the sales department. Paul, the manager, told me that the car had been thoroughly checked out, and that the mechanic and the lot person had both told him that the car was fine. So magically, even though I've been driving stick shift vehicles for over 20 years (and only ever having to replace one clutch), I managed to destroy a clutch in 12 days, if not less. I said that I wasn't aware of any vehicle where the clutch could fail that quickly and that there should have been some hint of an issue, and they said no. I was very upset by this, and asked them to help me with the cost of the repair and they said no-full price. I called my own mechanic and he said that this was extremely unlikely, especially since I'd been driving stick shift for so long. Several people (including my own mechanic) have recommended that I file a complaint. I'm waiting to hear back from my attorney. More

Rains again leaks and I start documenting with pictures that's when they start to look at the car 2 days shy of having it for a month we finally get it back. Every week was a new story parts shipped from wherever to job is so big it takes time. When I get the car back things are missing from the car so we asked that manager call us no one has called it's been 2days. The car was dusty from sitting at service so long they didn't even bother to clean it. I'm over this service department and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. More

Bill Gonyea misrepresented all aspects of this sale, rude and offensive. Kept disappearing and stated he didn't care, he didn't need to sell us the vehicle, as he sold bunch of cars the day before. Could not believe he treated my wife this way. After being customers for over 12 years, we took our business elsewhere. It was very clear this guy did not care about us as loyal customers, he was beyond rude,bordering on aggressive and arrogant. What a horrible experience, while my child was present. One of the worst car buying experiences ever. This guy is an arrogant dishonest fraudster only interested in high volume, low quality. Beware. More
