Great customer service First of all, I'll say that this dealership has a whole new team as of about a month ago. So some of the older reviews you may read may not apply. After attempting to do a lease buyout at another dealership and getting hit with excessive fees and bad customer service, I decided to shop around more and contact several dealerships about their fees. Brian at Jack Daniels Kia in Fair Lawn responded right away with a very clear breakdown of all of the fees, and more importantly seemed more interested in great customer service and making sure I wasn't getting a run around. I was so impressed with his communication that when another dealership presented me with fees that were a bit lower, I went back to Brian and he and his manager worked out a deal to give me the same final price. When I got to the dealership, the whole team was fantastic and they honored everything they promised me. Brian made it extremely easy by enabling me to do a lot of the pre-paperwork via email, which saved time at the dealership. I'm so glad that I took the time to contact them instead of taking what I was given at the first dealership I went to. I had negotiated a deal at another location but unfortunately the vehicle we wished to purchase was not in stock and was not available. Fortunately we discovered that the car we wanted was available at Jack Daniels Kia. I was concerned about having to renegotiate the deal I had but I told them what we had agreed to and, while not exactly the same deal, was one that actually work better for us. The entire time we were there staff were always asking if we wanted anything and just very attentive. Would definitely by another car from them. More
