Until buying my Kia Sorrento in 2008 from Jack Daniels, I had always felt ripped off just because I am a female. Now, I have been a regular customer here where I am always treated with respect and fairly. I have found this to be a solid automobile that has only required reasonable repairs. My KIA is always returned clean and freshly swashed as well. The staff treats me as the valued customer that I am and I highly recommend this facility to buy and maintain anyone's vehicle. More

My Kia K900, given the limited number of cars made, has some inherent limitations of parts availability and therefore time constraints in fulfilling all service requirements, combined with my having selected this one Kia and 3 Audi's from Jack Daniels dealerships within the past 22 months, I shared some questions and concerns with the Scope and Cost of the services. Brandon did a superb job in his responses to me and finding equitable solutions. I felt his training program must have been of high quality, but most importantly, his ability to translate that training into real life, being highly professional and motivated to implement customer friendly communications and solutions is a real testament to his character and a solid budding career.
