Haggle! Hassle! Hustle! I would not recommend Jack Daniel KIA. They were far too comfortable with their efforts to haggle, hassle and hustle me. They must do it all the time. First they tried to charge me a "prep fee" seemingly as a punishment for using my own financing. Since I found the used car on www.trucar.com which specifies price BEFORE you go to the dealer, when the sales guy said the prep fee would be 2995 if I used my own financing and 1995 if I used theirs I though they meant $29.95 for what I thought was a prep fee to clean the car. Duh! I almost fell off the chair when I was told the prep fee was THREE THOUSAND dollars for using my own financing and TWO THOUSAND to use theirs. Are they crazy? The xxxx car cost $12K. WHY would I spend 1/4 of what it cost for ANYthing? When that did not work, the manager came out and tried to convince me that NADA assessed the 8 year old vehicle at $16.2K. To which I responded with the KBB value at $11.4K in EXCELLENT condition! WHO would believe that the two assessments would be so far apart??? While they were coming up with the next plot, I told the receptionist on my way out to thank the poor salesman, who was in training, only one month on the job, but that he had just lost a sale. Before I got in my car, the very nice and eager salesman came running after me. He begged me to come back in so that we could work it out. I agreed but assured him that by now I was hungry, angry, pissed off and felt insulted and disrespected as a customer. Not good! I assured him that I would not pay one dime more for the car over the advertised trucar.com price, which INCLUDED dealer fees and car detail price. We did not make it out of the parking lot before out of no where, from behind a car, appears the sleazy manager (I would call his name if I could recall it) offering me yet another "deal". This time he offers that if I finance with Jack Daniel for for 90 days and then transfer the loan to my credit union, he would meet my demands. Is he crazy or does he think that I'm crazy??? I asked him WHY would I do that? WHAT is the incentive to me? He became very annoyed at this point, lost his cool a bit and stated that he was trying to work with me and complained that I would not meet him halfway, as though he was doing me a favor of some sort. I almost laughed in his face. I reminded him that his "working with me" included him trying to rip me off for $3,000! and I made it perfectly clear to him that he was doing me no favor as I had a 755 credit score and could buy a car anywhere I chose! I was livid! His response was to tell me that his credit score was better than 800! Seriously, he said that! I could not make that up! By now it is xxxx near 5PM on a Friday. I try calling their corporate office but get no response. I was bothered that because I was so easily and blatantly hustled, that they, ALL of them, not just the creepy manager, do this all of the time. Early Monday morning however, the COO did respond to my voice mail message. I had written him an email but had the wrong address. He was very responsive and apologetic, repeatedly reminding of their 45 years in business. He had the GM from Jack Daniel KIA get in touch and sing the same tune. Only for me to agree to proceed with the sale and be insulted AGAIN. The "nice" finance guy offered to compensate me for my inconvenience and their poor customer service by offering me an extended warranty for the used car at "dealer cost". How much do you think dealer cost was? Yeah, you guessed it! The same THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS the sleazy manager tried to hustle out of me a few days before. INCREDIBLE! That was it! I wanted this car, despite their shenanigans, because it was a used Lexus that the service manager at Lexus gave glowing reviews. Ironically, he had serviced the car recently and since the previous owner purchased it. He expressed confidence in my buying the car. So I was willing to grovel a bit but there is a point of disgust to no return in most used car sale deals. These guys took it to a whole new level even AFTER they saw that I was an educated and prepared consumer, even AFTER I told them I was an attorney with an MBA. Did not matter. All they saw was a woman, a minority woman, shopping alone without a man and there was no end to disrespecting me and insulting my intelligence! I found another Lexus at a small dealer in PA, PA AUTO SALES. Their reviews were wonderful. They lived up to their reputation AND the www.trucar.com price, no hidden fees, ho haggle, no hassel, no no hustle!, no outrageous gimmicks. Just a straightforward and honest transaction. Their car was the same year, same price and also passed the Lexus inspection with flying colors. I am a happy customer and I highly recommend them! Worth the trip to Philadelphia. SHAME ON JACK DANIEL KIA!!! Buyer beware!!! More

Excellent quick service Right before my trip out of town, my tire pressure light came on.
