THE BEST SERVICE EVER I had an issue with the airbag light staying lite. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from no longer sells Kia's. I found Jack Daniels on the intern I had an issue with the airbag light staying lite. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from no longer sells Kia's. I found Jack Daniels on the internet. I called to make an appointment. When I arrived I dealt with Assistant Service Manager. Vinnie Capparelli. To say he was helpful is an understatement. The gentleman was GREAT!!!!. He explained everything in advance including a diagnostic fee of $139.00 which I understood and agreed to. About four later he called and said my car was ready but never mentioned the price. I assumed the fee would be the $139.00 since he didn't bring up the price. I was hoping they were able to fix the light. I forgot to mention earlier after dropping off my vehicle they had someone drive me home which was about eight miles. To make matters even better, when he called to say my car was ready I told him I would need to wait for my daughter to come home to drive me to pick up the car. He said he would send the driver to my home again to pick me up to get my car. IT GETS BETTER!!!! When I arrived he told me they found there was a technical bulletin about an issue with this particular issue. Because of this bulletin, they were able to charge back Kia and I did not have to pay anything. To add to my amazement when I went out to get my car I found it had been thoroughly washed and interior vacuumed. This place is "GREAT" I can say for sure my next Kia is coming from JACK DANIELS for sure, even if they are a few hundred more than their competitors. Good service is worth its weight in gold. More

I took my 2018 Kia Sportage there to get my brakes looked at because I heard them squeaking when I backed up, but when they looked at the car there was nothing wrong with them I guess I am overly protective of my car but it is always good to go and have everything checked when you hear the little things. Vinnie was very helpful and I did not have to wait that long for my car. They even washed it for me!! very excellent service! More
