I bought a 2023 Kia Sorento EX hybrid at Jack Daniels Kia in April. It's now June and the radio's FM/AM station has stopped working. When I brought it to service in Jack Daniels Kia (sales rep, Gabriella), t in April. It's now June and the radio's FM/AM station has stopped working. When I brought it to service in Jack Daniels Kia (sales rep, Gabriella), they wanted me to pay for what they diagnosed a software update issue because it was not covered by warranty. I called and spoke to the person that sold me the car, Robert V. He said that service was only charging me for the labor and I quote, "that's what happen if you cant do it yourself". I don't mind doing the update myself but I formally made a complaint at KIA USA to address this issue. I will certainly not go back to this dealership. More

Update: downgrade Poor follow up after the sale is completed. I was told my plates would be delivered before the temporary one expired. I didn’t receive my plates until after the temporary one expired, despite several attempts on my part to remedy the situation a week before the expiration date. Emails and texts go unanswered, I had to call several times, and even then, the dealership was not proactive about issues with the registration and the delivery. I felt as if once the sale was complete, I was less of a priority. 05/31/2023 - We already knew what car we wanted going into the dealership, and Robert V. was straightforward about the price of the vehicle (final price, all fees and taxes included), which helped us make an informed decision. We ended up buying the car, and the dealership even beat the APR we had for the pre-approval we brought in. I’d like to thank Robert and the dealership for a seamless and enjoyable experience, I was able to trust that they were negotiating in good faith, which I hadn’t experienced at some of the other dealerships I had gone to. More

My VIN 5XYK33AF9*** I purchased my new 2023 Kia Sportage on 4-10-2023. Unfortunately, the day I drove home after the purchase, the door locks didn't work. The door lock lights blinked but didn't lock or unlock the car doors. I also could not manually lock the car from the inside. Sales said I should keep the car in my garage. However, the service depart said it could be at least 3 weeks or more before they could check the vehicle to fix the door locks because Kia Motors had something to do with the manufactures computer. HEY!! I just bought a brand new car. Unfortunately, I can't get a straight answer from Jack Daniels Kia's service dept. At least a solution that I understand or makes sense. A Brand new car malfunction should be a #1 repair priority. Unfortunately, at Jack Daniels Kia Service, it's not. More
