Nothing But Problems! After sitting in this dealership for over 5 hours I was thrilled to be driving off the lot in my new car. There were a few issues while in the process After sitting in this dealership for over 5 hours I was thrilled to be driving off the lot in my new car. There were a few issues while in the process of paperwork (tried to secretly have me finance my car for extra year than what we agreed on) but the manager Colin apologized and promised "carwashes for life" for the mixup (only to find out this is a free service at the service center any time I visit anyway). I left and was only given one key faub at time of purchase with the promise of them paying for a second one. I wasn't promised any perks for buying from here (car mats, Sirius XM subscription, free oil changes) but I figured hey..I am getting what I wanted. Well, that was four months ago and all I can say is WHAT A HEADACHE IT HAS BEEN SINCE THEN. We easily called to follow up on the faub 6-8 times only to get the run around about calling back when a "different person" is there, that they are "still waiting for the part" etc. Finally decided to avoid the phone games and go handle in person. I realized I was never given an inspection sticker with my license plates only to be told that we never told them we needed one...UHM hello? THAT'S YOUR JOB! I was then told to take up my faub issue to the service station and that Vinny would be expecting us to handle the issue. When we get there Vinny had no idea who we were and once looking for the order says no faub was ever ordered..and that he would take care of this right away (probably because of the looks on our faces). Vinny at the service center could not have been more helpful or kind.. I wish the employees at the dealership were the same. SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP. I will never be coming back for my future vehicles nor will I be sending any family/friends there either. More

He even took the time to drive me my wife and my French bulldog to the service Dept, and introduced me to everyone, quite honestly I traded in my BMW for a Kia and We received better attention and the car drives great it’s economical and loaded with every safety and smart features that not even my BMW had. First time Kia owners The first time (and unexpected to honest) we stepped foot in a Kia dealer was mid-March to look at the Telluride as we have been shopping around for a The first time (and unexpected to honest) we stepped foot in a Kia dealer was mid-March to look at the Telluride as we have been shopping around for a while (Toyota, Ford, Lexus, etc.) for a 3 row SUV. Leon helped up and was very enthusiastic and got the car for us pretty quickly considering it was a new model and in high demand. I did not give 5 stars in everything because when it was time to pick up the car we made an appointment and ended up waiting 45 min due to the finance manager (not sure if right title) was busy and yet the dealership was closing for the evening, and our time was constrained by childcare. Plus the paperwork was wrong so they had to do it again despite us filling in all the necessary information online a week earlier as asked. Everyone was friendly but that last part was frustrating. More
