Some minor issues, but not problematic were, it took a little longer to get the car then was promised. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle it wasn't ready for pickup. Had to wait over two and a half hours. The insurance cards, which are usually ready to go when you pickup the vehicle, weren't ready and that took extra time, which should not be The finance department was thorough and efficient. In addition the financial manager was pleasant and not "high pressure". He offered the various options without pressuring you into purchasing them. More
