Towed to your dealership by Kia Roadside Assistance. Our 2016 Kia Forte was towed by Kia Roadside Assistance for a no-start condition, after my daughter had stopped for gas. We are former Prestige Kia cu Our 2016 Kia Forte was towed by Kia Roadside Assistance for a no-start condition, after my daughter had stopped for gas. We are former Prestige Kia customers, having leased 5 Kia's from them and Purchasing the Forte all within the last 5 years. We have been looking for a new Kia dealer to take our business too, so im glad they towed it to Jack Daniels Kia. They checked the car out right away, called me with an estimate for a new battery, and labor to check the car out and install, i thought the price was Very reasonable, being a retired auto mechanic for 30 years, i know what things cost, and was very surprised at how competitive the pricing was. Mark the service manager called me to discuss the repair, i gave him the ok, and to my surprise was able to pick the car up that same night !! Mark was a pleasure tondeal with, and i think we just found our New Kia Dealership. We will be returning 2 lease vehicles within the next year, and will certainly give the Sales dept. an opportunity to earn my business. Thanks again for the great service. More

Left this dealership in tears I came to this dealership extremely excited to purchase my first car and I left crying. I completely felt pressured into choosing the car I left with. I came to this dealership extremely excited to purchase my first car and I left crying. I completely felt pressured into choosing the car I left with. I was bombarded with at least 4 different salesmen trying to convince me to leave with a car that I didn’t want. It was completely overpriced for a basic model and I was in the dealership for about 6 hours full of stress and anxiety. I highly do not recommend this dealership. More

Everyone at Jack Daniels Kia made this a painless experience. It all started with Christina who helped schedule an appointment to come to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Ray Broomfield was welcoming experience. It all started with Christina who helped schedule an appointment to come to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Ray Broomfield was welcoming. I quickly learned that Ray was very knowledgeable about my choice of vehicle and honest. Jason, the manager was also welcoming and appreciative of my presence. Alex was exceptional when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. He walked me through the phone application, the vehicle’s equipment, and had such incredible patience throughout the process.
