You yourself and your assistant said I would get it. I have bought 4 cars from you,a Spectra and 3 Optima Turbos,and I think as a loyal customer who has touted you I deserve better service than being totally ignored. If I had caused the scratch I would have bought the pen myself but the car was delivered scratched and was noted. My 5 star rating is for Mike and his service team not for sales. Pleasant Wait I switched to JDK service as my prior dealership switched brands. When I got back, I was given the list of items discovered and the cost. For me, I wish they had just called my mobile number so I could have said to move ahead and cut down on the visit time - with car servicing, I don't really want to know the details - just tell me the problems, you can deal with them and the cost. I get that others want to know the details and contemplate the numbers. Next time, I will just specify this upfront. Mark and the team were nothing but pleasant despite working on Christmas Eve day.
