I brought my kia sportage into the dealership to check a leak that I had in my washer fluid. I ended up getting a call that I needed over $1,500 dollars in repairs when my car has had absolutely no issues a leak that I had in my washer fluid. I ended up getting a call that I needed over $1,500 dollars in repairs when my car has had absolutely no issues at all. When I told the service department that I would have repairs done separately they were not happy and were short with me. Upon picking up my car, I found that my skid guard was not properly attached and was dragging on the ground. I also had my wiper blades back with the rubber piece completely hanging off. I brought my car to a trusted auto mechanic who checked everything that Kia said was wrong, and found that this went the case. The mechanic said that the repairs they wanted to do were unnecessary and didn't need to be done on the car. I do not plan on returning to this service center. More

I just got to say they have plenty of options to choose from and I know that because before going there I went to Kia of Englewood which was very limited. I was looking for the Kia Sportage, not the 2021 because I was looking for a cheaper deal with a 2020 one. Unfortunately my deal didn't happen and I also felt a little played... first salesman only offered me 2021 models and even told me (by email) the 2020 models were sold out. Lies, here's why: a second salesman offered me 2 different 2020 models and after spending there 4 hours yesterday, I was told my credit score was not enough and not old enough so they recommended to get a co-signee. My boss did it (and I got to say he has had plenty of cars and decided to go down with me with this deal) and today I spent 2 more hours just to be told they sold the car I was trying to get a deal, got offered a third 2020 model with less features and at the end the manager was waiting for the bank to say yes... I didn't really understand why if I had the best co-signee I could ever get... I never got to see any lease breakdown for the 2020 models... anyway, the 2 stars go to the trade-in value they offered me for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra but for the rest... I feel I wasted my time going there because the few things I was told during the last 2 days they all could be discussed over the phone. I left and ask to call me back if they get that bank call but now I'm just guessing I'm not gonna get that call. More

My sales consultant, Wil Ihmaid and Ali were extremely thorough in discussing options and was very patient while I went through my process of deciding. I ended up with 2021 Kia Telluride, which I love! The process of negotiating a price and taking possession of the vehicle went very smoothly. Again, everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very professional and never pressured me to buy anything I didn’t really want. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve leased/bought a dozen cars in my life and this was the worst. They called me because I use their service dept and told me they want to buy out m I’ve leased/bought a dozen cars in my life and this was the worst. Told me after running all numbers that they’ll take it today. I asked for a couple of days so I can find a different car. So after shopping around, taking time off work, hiring a nanny I showed up and they told me those numbers were wrong and I now have to pay them to buy my car out. Blatant lies. Manager refused to even speak to us. Avoid them. More

This is probably the least honest Kia dealership I've dealt with. I do have a previous review on my issues with Nutley Kia but that was just disorganization. Here. Sales Rep offered to better a deal offered at a different dealer and so we decided to move forward with Jack Daniels. Boy were we wrong. Came in, did the test drive, got confirmation that the offer still stands. Came in on Veteran's Day so we asked if there was an additional discount available for Veteran's Day on top of the $400 military/vets discount. Sales Rep said he could ask manager and that's when Dmitri comes in. After doing the whole "let customers wait 20-30 min while they "crunch" numbers, they come back with an offer...of.. Pay 150% more at signing than original offer...AND...17% more on the monthly than the original offer. Needless to say, we walked out because it was insulting that they would go back on their word in the span of 25-30min..and that was the deal they decided to come back with for us asking...if there was a Veteran's Day sale/discount. Sales Rep did call after we left to offer the same deal..but honestly..was so disgusted that they would treat us like that, that we refused. Short summary: Went with existing offer...as a veteran, asked a fairly reasonable question if there were further discounts because..it was Veteran's Day...and they came back with the pay more special of 150% more cash DAS and 17% on monthly payments. Sales Rep was fine and so didn't put his name. Dmitri the manager on the other hand. Nope. Don't deal with him. More
