I have tried to reach you by phone and email numerous times and none of my messages have been returned. My Kia is due for it's next service, however, I will not be returning to Jack Daniels. On October 30th 2010 around 6:00pm I went to jack Daniel used car dealer and looked at one car which was Suzuki 2000 had 60000 miles. I drove the car and seemed to be OK. The sales person “Cristhian Gutier used car dealer and looked at one car which was Suzuki 2000 had 60000 miles. I drove the car and seemed to be OK. The sales person “Cristhian Gutierrez” assured me that the car had no problem and his manager confirmed. We made the deal and we agreed that I will pay $5000 for the car. It was late and the salesman told me I can pay everything and finish the deal on Monday because they need to clean the car and nobody in the service area still at work. I left and went back on Monday after my work around 7:00 PM and I paid the car price. Next day I drove the car for few miles and the engine lights came up that the engine needs to be serviced soon. I took the car on Tuesday to jack Daniel and showed them the engine light and told them that my daughter will be driving this car and I can’t trust a car like this for my daughter to drive and I need my money back according to the purchase agreement I signed. They tried not to take the car but I insisted but the sales manager got nasty with me and kept yelling and I told him I will report you the BBB he told me to go ahead and he will give me the BBB phone number. I told him I will take you to court and he told me to go “F” myself. I couldn’t believe that and left them the car and the keys and called their branch manager and “Sean Temin” left him a massage explaining what happened but he never return the call as curtsy or care for the customer . Another person from jack Daniel dealer called me back and asked me to go and take my personal stuff from the car I returned and he said they will issue a refund for me and they will mail it to me because the refund must be issued from the HQ. I kept calling and the salesman tells me he will contact the HQ and have them send me the refund and never happened and one time I get sent to another manger “Alex” and he assured me that he will make the HQ to send me the refund next day. Another time I get another person “Joe” and again assured me I will get the refund. A month goes by and I never got the refund even though I learned that they doctored and sold to someone else a week after I returned it. I called the branch manger “Sean Temin” again and left messages and he never returned my call. I even called the HQ and I asked to talk to a director or the president and they sent me to the HQ manager “Anna Acosta” I left her a message as will but I never got a call back. I don’t know how this dealer still in business with the way they do business. Their sales team is low class and unprofessional. Jack Daniel is a ripe off, no customer satisfaction. Always bad experience even my son told me that his friends in high school say no body do business with Jack Daniel because of their reputation. They have bad quality cars, they doctor the cars to look OK to sell and after you buy it is your problem. More than a month and I still didn’t get my money. More
