Garret was a very good listener on our test drive and was able to explain the handling variances between my trade in (a Volvo) compared to my "new" used Audi A 4. His explanations gave me confidence in the car buying business, which I find a bit intimidating. Garett, Bill and Barbara (Finance) were very sensitive to my budgetary needs and made great recommendations in the most frugal manner. I really felt like my concerns were important to them and they were not just in it for the buck! Garrett, Bill and Barbara seemed genuinely committed to my satisfaction. Are my new friends and I celebrating the Holidays together? No. However, I did find "my" team went above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them whole heartedly. More

From the beginning Wayne Smith was professional and made sure we understood everything about the purchase of the car. We negotiated a very good price. There was no hassle or hard selling. Everything was upfront and no games. After we purchased the car, we had an issue with the front headlight. Wayne had the Service Department take a look at the car and fix the problem. Six months later the problem reoccurred. By this time, Wayne was no longer at the dealership and we were referred to the manager, Frank Gebbia. Frank handled our problem immediately and sent us back to the Service Department where we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from Kevin. He explained what the problem was and told us it was more than just replacing a headlight and that it would require rewiring both the right and left headlights. They handled this problem with no cost to us. They were understanding of our predicament. Everyone we dealt with at Jack Daniels was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or family. More
OK buying experience for new Kia Sorento. Everyone at Jack Daniels Kia in Fair Lawn, NJ was just wonderful to work with. No high pressure sales, but yet they wanted to sell you a car on YOUR terms. My fiance and I stopped in to look at the new Kia Optima and we fell in love with the car. Mariel was outside in the lot already and ready to assist us. She immediately offered a test drive on both the non turbo and turbo models. We ran some figures with her Saturday and went home to discuss what we would like to do. Monday morning I called her with an offer on the car, and she replied that after discussing the figures with her manager they have agreed to sell the car and take our trade in at the price we needed to get for it in order to pay it off. I told her we would be there after work and she had already sent the car over to the detailing department and gassed it up. We were there for a few hours figuring out all the paper work with the trade in and the financing department but it was so worth the wait! Mariel Harkin could of not had it made more easier for me to purchase my new gorgeous 2012 kia optima SX. She did everything for me over the phone on friday June 8th & on Saturday June 9th i went in to jack to purchase my new gorgeous 2012 kia optima SX. The work was done perfetcly to the T!!! If anybody were to ask me were to go to get a car i would send them straight to Jack Daniels Kia without any Doubt!!! More

My daughter and I recently purchased a used 2011 Ford Fiesta from Jack Daniels Kia. I can not say enough good things about our sales rep, Mariel Harkin. She was a delight to work with and this was the Fiesta from Jack Daniels Kia. I can not say enough good things about our sales rep, Mariel Harkin. She was a delight to work with and this was the first car i ever purchased where i did not feel pressured and/or manipulated. Mariel was patient (oh so patient) while my daughter contemplated whether or not that particular car was the one for her. She never tried to "sell" us on the car... she answered all of our question without hesitation and just sat back patiently while we made our decision. She was in constant contact with us throughout and even after the sale and I am relieved to have had such a pleasant sales rep to deal with. I was a little less impressed with the Finance Dept, although also pleasant (and full of good stories)... the gentleman we dealt with was a fast talker who told wonderful stories of his Italian heritage... but stories that distracted you from what was taking place and I honestly did not understand some of the things we were signing. (my fault for not paying closer attention) For example, we were made to feel like we HAD to purchase the Gap Coverage and it was not until i got home and read through the paperwork that I realized this was entirely optional. So an extra $800 was tacked onto the amount we were financing which brought our payments OVER what we insisted was the MAXIMUM amount / month we could afford. I have since reached out to Mariel to have this cancelled and I can only hope it will be done promptly! We do love the car and the price was fair but my review is more for Mariel than the dealership. I would by another car from her again without hesitation... whether she was selling at Jack Daniels or somewhere else!! Thank you Mariel!! More

Friendly, professional and a very good listener; Mariel provides solutions based on customer demands with customers' satisfaction always being on her mind. She has an impeccable consultative skills which makes buying a car a true pleasure. In less than 4 hours: she explained the features and benefits, found a way to lower the price through dealers' incentives and brought our car from another dealer. After purchasing several new cars in my life ranging from economy to luxury, I can easily say that the customer service at Jack Daniels combined with Mariel's dedication to customer satisfaction is a reason enough to buy a car from them. I look forwar to visiting them soon for another purchase. More
Worst place to go to buy a car. Long wait to talk to a manager, sales rep, and finance manager. It took month and a half to get my car! they charged me for the all weather floor mat and never gave them to manager, sales rep, and finance manager. It took month and a half to get my car! they charged me for the all weather floor mat and never gave them to me, when i've called kia corporate, they told me the district salesmanager agrees it's my fault and i won't be getting my money back or the floor mat. NEVER BUY from here, i'm no longer going to buy Kia from now on due to their lack of service More
