Family. They made us feel like family. I hate going for cars. I try to avoid it. Luv was amazing and made me feel welcome as soon as she said hello. I will definitely be back again. They answered all of our questions and never got frustrated even though we took forever to make our decision. Although the employee I worked with was nice, my problem was with the front end personel that did the pricing decisions. The price they quoted was okay, but it was not honored when I told them I wanted to p was with the front end personel that did the pricing decisions. I was quoted a price for a Kia Soul, I had to compromise on color to get a lower price, and they did not honor the quoted price because I would not finance the car for one month. The difference in price was $401.00. The General Manager thought it was a fair deal, but when saving for some time for a new car, $401.00 to the consumer means alot more than $401.00 dollars to a large corporation. More

WE MUST START THIS REVIEW STATING THAT AS A CONSUMER WE ALL KNOW HOW DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL CAR SHOPPING CAN BE! fIRST UNDERSTAND THAT OUR FIRST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP CAME FROM THE INTERNET CHAT ALL KNOW HOW DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL CAR SHOPPING CAN BE! fIRST UNDERSTAND THAT OUR FIRST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP CAME FROM THE INTERNET CHAT AND THAT WE HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE FOR A FEW WEEKS. WE HAD A DEAL WITH A KIA DEALERSHIP IN LAFAYETTE, NJ AND THEY BASICALLY LIED TO OUR FACE. ARMED WITH RESEACH AND A CALL TO KIA IN CALIFORNIA PROVED THAT WE WERE BUYING A CAR WITH DEALER MODIFICATIONS THAT VOIDED THE WARRANTY. THEY TRIED TO GET THE CAR WE WANTED AND IN THE END WE GOT OUR DEPOSIT AND RAN. I WOULD AVOID HACKETTSTOWN KIA IN NJ. TRIED TO BUY THE CAR FROM THEM AND THE MANAGER SAID THAT HIS SALES WERE SLOW AND HIS ATTITUDE EXPLAINED WHY......SAD! PERPLEXED WE CAME HOME AND MULLED THE NUMBERS OVER , I DECIDED THAT WE SHOULD BUY THE CAR FROM A DEALER IN DENVILLE, NJ AS IT SEEMED THAT EVERYONEWE SPOKE TO COULD NOT GET US WHERE WE WANTED TO BE AND TO BE FRANK WITH YOU A SALESMAN IN STROUDSBURG, PA HUNG UP ON MY WIFE? THIS IS WHY WE DID THE CHAT WITH JACK DANIELS KIA IN FAIRLAWN, NJ. WE KNEW THEY HAD THE SPORTAGE WE WANTED AND ON A WIM I SENT A CHAT. WELL WE WERE LITERALLY ON OUR WAY TO BUY A CAR WHEN WE GOT A CALL FROM JACK DANIELS KIA SALESMAN WILL IHMMAID WITH REGARD TO MY CHAT EMAIL EARLIER. HE BEGGED US TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND AFTER THE NONSENSE WE HAD BEEN THRU THE LAST THING I WAS NEEDING WAS MORE GAMES! WE MULLED IT OVER AND WENT WELL OVER A HOUR AWAY AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. WILL AND THE MANAGER WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR US TO ARRIVE AND WHEN WE WENT THERE WE WERE TOTALLY SUPRISED THAT THE DEAL AS WE REQUESTED WAS WRITTEN AND DONE FOR US. AMAZED AND VERY SURPRISED WE SIGNED THE DEAL AND FRANKLY THEY EVEN DID MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. wE VE NO TIES WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND DID NOT EVEN TRUST THAT THEY WERE BEING LEGIT. WE ARRIVED TO GET THE CAR AND i WAS EVER MORE SUPRISED AT THIS PLACE. IT WAS MOBBED AND THEY HAD A DJ PLAYING MUSIC. WE DROVE AWAY WITH THE BEST EXPERIENCE, AND BEST DEAL WE COULD EVER IMAGINE. I AM NOT A REVIEW WRITER HOWEVER THIS GUY WILL WAS JUST TOP NOTCH AND EVEN SPENT TIME WITH US SETTING UP OUR CAR???? HE HAD OTHER CUSTIOMERS WAITING AND HAD TIME FOR US??? I purchased this vehicle without physically visiting the dealership. Ceasar in Sales made the experience seamless... just as if I was with him viewing the car physically in the dealership. Just over a month ago, I purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 from the Kia lot. Since then, I have been to the service center 4 times. Twice my brake lights went out, and now my oxygen sensor needs replacing (al from the Kia lot. Since then, I have been to the service center 4 times. Twice my brake lights went out, and now my oxygen sensor needs replacing (almost $700) and apparently my tires are rotted, and get this, put on backwards! (I've since learned tires are "put on backwards" to hide signs of rot." The dealer (Mike Navarro) assured me that all cars sold at Jack Daniels go through a rigorous inspection at your service center and that a company with such a long reputation for quality service would never put a bad car on the road. I find that hard to believe, given that apparently the service center did something as negligent as putting a set of tires on backwards (or at least never noticed it until it cost me $1000). The worst part, though, is that every time I call, the buck gets passed to someone else and every time I show up, I am given an attitude as if I am the one being difficult. The subpar customer service is just the insult to the injury of the bad car I was sold. I won't be recommending anyone to purchase a car through your dealership. Lastly, don't deal with Mike Navarro. He's your stereotypical used car dealer. Tells you he'll call you back, never does. Tells you he'll find the right person for you, just transfers your call to the customer service desk. He just wants to make a sale, but he doesn't even know his stuff. He was trying to tell me the whole time that the only difference between the 2008 A4 and the new A4 are the lights. I knew he didnt know what he was talking about, but I researched and wanted this car, so I took it with a grain of salt. Bad idea, because he lied about everything else too. More

I was recommend to go to Jack Daniels Kia and I am very happy I did. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Garret Schwid. Garret wasn't your "typical" salesman he made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to help me even when I was being extreamly difficult, he still was calm and patent with me and made me feel very comfortable during the whole experience, from dealing with the insurance company to going over paper work. As long as Garrett sells cars I will ALWAYS go to him. He is the BEST and a great asset to Jack Daniels, they are luck to have him. If anyone is going to be purchasing/leasing a vehicle from them YOU MUST see Garret for exceptional service. More
