Very very Bad Sold and sent me a car with New damage that they did after I agreed to buy it at their dealership, shipped it without telling me of the damage and aft Sold and sent me a car with New damage that they did after I agreed to buy it at their dealership, shipped it without telling me of the damage and after it arrived and I called and told them they could take it back or fix it as the shipper showed me the damage on the documentation. They agreed to fix it and told at the drop off point immediately after taking the car off the transport to keep the car. After getting and estimate and providing them pictures to confirm the damage they had done ( which was confirmed by the enclosed shipping company and documented on the shipping order at the dealership before pickup) they offer only to fix one dint and the rest of the confirm dealer damage ( which was agreed to by the salesmen to the shipper ) was no longer of any interest for them even though they agreed the damage was done at their dealership. Totally ridiculous. They are unethical and you all need to know this, including Audi USA. If the owner of this dealership reads this please give me a call as you staff refuses to provide any of your contact information. I would very much like to deal with the horses head now as I am sick of dealing with the other end of the anatomy!!!! Have any doubts, Call me and I will enlighten you. 248-722-1711 James More

Unbelievable experience I recently purchased a vehicle from the Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River. I have visited this dealership on three occasions and ha I recently purchased a vehicle from the Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River. I have visited this dealership on three occasions and had the pleasure of working with, car salesman, Maurice Williams. Before I made my purchase, I contemplated about purchasing a Porsche, BMW or Mercedes-Benz. It was Maurice who played an integral role in my purchasing the Audi. Every time I visited the dealership, Maurice made me feel extremely comfortable. I was window shopping the first time I visited the dealership, however, Maurice approached me and explained things to me as if I was making a purchase. I never once felt rushed or patronized. As a young black male, it is sometimes hard for dealers to take you seriously. This is especially true when you are trying to purchase a foreign car. While visiting the aforementioned dealers, I felt as though I was being patronized and not treated as a buyer. Maurice kept me abreast the entire time. He broke down all the figures for me with no problem. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. My experience with Maurice and the dealership certainly exceeded my expectations.
