I endured the process with this dealership because they had the car I wanted at a very competitive price. However, my salesman was less than pleasant - a text message followed by a phone call, then another had the car I wanted at a very competitive price. However, my salesman was less than pleasant - a text message followed by a phone call, then another text all within minutes during normal business hours is excessive. Then, I waited nearly 2 hours just to sit with a finance manager not my time with the manager, I didn’t finance with Audi; that was just how long I waited to sit with him for 10 minutes to sign all papers! Only one person who can write you up on a Saturday?! (When it wasn’t even remotely busy). More
