My sales rep Adam made me comfortable and i was happy with the deal and the vehicle. Little did i know - i was being lied to entire time by Adam. I will be the first one to admit - i have no proof of what he promised and what he didnt, but you be the judge for yourself, given what transpired after.... Knowing first hand how expensive maintenance is on Audi vehicles, i wanted to make sure that the car i am buying will not need much first year or two of ownership. I specifically inquired if breaks and tires were replaced and was reassured by Adam that everything was done including all new breaks and all new tires! Great! At delivery i am NOT given my certification booklet being told “we dont have it - will send it to you later”. Now, at this point the vehicle has gone thru their service TWICE including before i took delivery. I am still under euphoria of the experience - take the car home. Day 1 i notice breaks are squeaking and i keep hearing road noise from the tires. Concerned i call Adam who assures me that breaks put on are OEM and that “audi are known to have noisy breaks”. None the less, we agree i bring the car in as they owed me a key anyways. So a week later i bring the car in and finally get my booklet with quick “sign here” and that is it. This is where things go sour! I wont mention the service department that have failed to call me when the part they ordered came in (antenna was also bad and had to be replaced). Eventually i get a walkaround video from the tech who tells me that all breaks are worn out and need replacement and only rear tires are new and front are both feathered (warn out from bad alignment) and they recommend replacement as well and that one has a nail in it! At this point i look inside my certification booklet where measurements for my breaks are noted as 6mm front and 7mm rear! According to audi certification they only have to replace breaks when they are 3mm or less! Now the report i am getting from service (only 2 weeks later after i had vehicle) measurements are 3mm front and 4 rear! Shocked i reach out to Adam who .... never gets back to me! I escalate everything to General Manager Keith giving him the entire story! After a day of “investigation” which including (according to Keith) talking to Adam who naturally denied ever telling me anything, he tells me that as GOOD WILL they will take care if front breaks! GOOD WILL!!! They sold me a vehicle with bad breaks, charged me for certification that was either a) never done or b) numbers on measurements were purposely inflated to avoid a break job. Outraged, i also bring up tires and the fact the tech in the video said he recommended replacing both front tires! Keith takes a breather again and then calls me to say “we will replace the left tire as it is feathered, but the right one is ok” would you like to guess which one has a nail in it? You got it! The right one - same one that went from being feathered with recommendation of replacement (them trying ti sell me a new one) a day before, to miraculously becoming “ok” again the following day, with recommendation to replace because it has a nail in it! Rear breaks which went from being brand new (according to Adam), to 7mm according to certification report to 4mm based on their last service assessment (all in 2 week period of time) would not be replaced, according to Keith as they are not obligated to do replace them since they measure more than 3mm. Keith then proceeds to tell me this is all he is willing to do referencing the good deal i got... apparently, if they made profit on the car - perhaps they would have done it (i am just speculating) but since they didnt - doing the right thing for the consumer is out of the question! I escalated everything to Audi Consumer affairs who after 3 weeks of reviews and not getting back to me decided to “stand by dealer’s decision”. This is my story and my experience! You draw your own conclusions! More

Lies and ineptitude. On 12/10/19 I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo from Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River NJ. On 12/17/19 I wired the balance of the purchase On 12/10/19 I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo from Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River NJ. On 12/17/19 I wired the balance of the purchase price of $43k for my newly purchased car to Jack Daniels to the attention of Business Manager, Rudy Yagudayev. The car was then delivered to me via Reliable Carriers on 12/29/2019. Instead of a valid title and sales order/receipt, it included a temporary tag. When I inquired about the title to my salesman, Peter Cassino, he indicated that Rudy told him that the vehicle title would arrive prior to the expiration of the temporary tag (1/17/20). Pretty inconvenient because I wanted to register the car immediately and deploy it for my business use. I contacted Jack Daniels Audi on 1/15/20, who assured me that “they were on it." The temporary tag has now expired and still no title. On 1/17/20, I finally spoke with Jack Daniels Audi General Manager, Keith Kubat who told me that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that they wouldn't be able to access the title information until 1/21/20 due to MLK day. The good news was that they had initiated registration of the vehicle on 1/3/20 and that they had paid the sales tax ($3k). That it would be in my hands on 1/21/20. I just received the vehicle title today (40 days after the car was purchased). I contacted Keith Kubat right away and asked him when I could expect to receive the registration and plates. KMr Kubat replied; "apparently, my office gave me wrong information. the registration was not completed and the title was sent back to us. They then sent you the title so you can register the car. you should be good to go to register the car. Sorry for the confusion." Lies and ineptitude. Buyer beware! More
