This is our second lease with Jack Daniels, through Matt Bell. My wife was trying to upgrade for a few months now and we were hoping to secure the best deal possible, and that's what Matt delivered, LITERAL Bell. My wife was trying to upgrade for a few months now and we were hoping to secure the best deal possible, and that's what Matt delivered, LITERALLY. I asked Matt if he could help me in securing the vehicle to surprise my wife for her birthday. Mind you, we are in a pandemic now with Covid. Matt listed to my wishes, and without ANY HESITATION went above and beyond for me. He personally drove her soon to be new vehicle to a location right next to my home, no issues whatsoever, during the later evening hours (when it worked best to sneak the car back home without it being noticed). So we exchanged her current for her new clean and polished vehicle, and I drove it home in order to surprise my wife with it the next morning when she woke up... Big bow and all on the car. She was ecstatic. So, that was my experience with Matt. The guy delivers, period. More
