A follow up review There was some issue with the over mileage. On the contract, it states that the dealership will pay $925. The total bill came out to be $1015.34 which was $925+ tax. The dealership sent $892.32. Unsure why it sent this amount. Backing up a few months, when got the bill back in April; I called the dealership and left several messages without getting any return calls. So, I texted Yusairi, took a photo of the bill and she said she’d look into it. Never got any call back from her since and I kind of figured it was taken care of. Just recently, I found out that the bill went to collections. So, I called the dealership and Yusairi a couple of times regarding it. Her response was, they looked into it and it was my responsibility. I asked her to call Audi financial aid to find out what the discrepancy was about. I told her and her manager that I had given Audi financial 30 day allowance to talk about this particular account. But neither her nor her manager looked into it. In the end I figured out what the discrepancy was and spoke to another manager to look into it. At the end of the day, my credit has been damaged, Yusairi and her manager never returned my call.
