I leased a new S3 here a few weeks ago at a reasonable price because they had the exact configuration that I wanted on the way from the factory already. Yusairi did an excellent job with sales and answere price because they had the exact configuration that I wanted on the way from the factory already. Yusairi did an excellent job with sales and answered all of my detailed questions. She was very attentive to my concerns and responded by text or phone immediately. She was out sick when I came to get the car and Derek was also very helpful in her absence. Adam in finance was nice unlike many finance people I have dealt with in the past and he seems to have made sure all of the paperwork was processed so far. I am just waiting on my NY registration which they have kindly offered to mail me. The car is as I expected it to be and I am enjoying it. The reason for deducting one star is that the rear shipping blocks were not removed. I noticed that the ride was harsher than it should have been especially when going over a speed bump. Since this was the responsibility of the service department during their pre-delivery inspection, I would be hesitant to take my car here for service. However, the management was very responsive to my strong and detailed concern over this issue. I eventually talked directly with the service department and they apologized for the error and making me drive all the way back from my home in Manhattan. I have to assume that the rest of the pre-delivery service was completed properly since I haven’t encountered any other issues. I would use this dealer again, but it is hard to trust their service department after missing two bright purple “strut pucks” that someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars could easily notice... so I am not sure where I will follow-up at 10,000 miles. I have dealt with this dealership for more than 6 of our last cars. The sales force is relatively OK (always depends on who you are talking to) and the service department has been excellent. He is uber-energetic (which takes a little getting used to) but did a good job and has followed up very well.
