My 3rd Audi but 1st time at this dealership. Having been a loyal Audi only driver since 2005, I have come to appreciate the usually exceptional customer service of Audi dealerships. This dealership however a loyal Audi only driver since 2005, I have come to appreciate the usually exceptional customer service of Audi dealerships. This dealership however does not meet those standards. The presale communication was fine but once at the dealership, we were barely acknowledged and were left sitting at the salespersons desk for nearly two hours while waiting to sign paperwork. No explanation was offered for the wait. We were not offered a beverage nor were we escorted to a more comfortable waiting area. Our salesperson barely made eye contact with us. Once we were finally brought to the finance manager we were not given an apology for the long wait instead we were told it was “just reality” and we had to “deal with it”. I was made to electronically sign documents on an iPad that was not disinfected from the previous customers use. The documents I had to sign were ones I had already completed and emailed back to the salesperson so why I had to wait 2 hours to sign the same docs again is still a mystery. They also charged my credit card $1000 and failed to account for that in the financial docs... no resolution has been reached on this error yet! The employees roamed around without masks despite signs posted stating that all employees would wear masks and none of them used hand sanitizer between customers. The salesperson told me nothing about my new car except the obvious, how to pair my phone. Needless to say had it not been for low inventory at my usual dealership I would not have gone to this inferior dealership assuredly I will not be back. More
Michael really knows how to be consistent. I annoyed the heck out of him and lets just say he chased me around for 5 months and NEVER gave up. I told him I didn’t want to go inside the dealership because of COVID and he still made the deal happen. He’s a great Italian American and I would recommend buying your car from him! We joked around a lot but at the end of the day he knows how make the best deal. Thank you!!!! :) More
