It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Dolly Costa! I was an out-of-state customer, spotting a great looking car on the internet. But buying an expensive car on-line is hazardous to say the lea Costa! I was an out-of-state customer, spotting a great looking car on the internet. But buying an expensive car on-line is hazardous to say the least. Dolly made it easy with prompt responses to questions on text and by calling. She arranged a FaceTime tour of the car pointing out any blemish inside and out. She literally crawled through the car and place the camera in every corner of that car! Further, Dolly asked the mechanic to put the car up on the lift, and Dolly gave me a look at the entire chassis, suspension, wheels, brakes, and engine bay. The mechanic also answered questions. The upshot of all of her personal customer service was a very confident purchase of a vehicle—no surprises! I highly recommend Dolly Costa as your representative to find your next vehicle. Mike F. I saw a Jeep for sale while riding on the highway. Kimberly helped me look at the Jeep and take a test drive within 5 minutes. While I was out she assessed my car for trade in. We came to Jack Daniels Paramus to test drive a Q5 and we were put in touch with Justin. His communication was great and he got us into a test car very quickly. Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and were put in touch with Justin. His communication was great and he got us into a test car very quickly. Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and options and took time to understand what we wanted and why. He was able to locate a vehicle in stock with some additional options that would be nice to have. He and the team at Jack Daniels were able to make the numbers work. We were impressed with Justin and the dealership’s approach. There was no hard sell and it was the most transparent car buying process I’ve ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin and I’ll be back in contact again when the lease on our other car is up for renewal! More
