He ran into a little hiccup with the initial vehicle of choice, but I found another one that had a better package. Recently my neighbor purchased an 08 Audi A4 from Jack Daniels. After taking a few rides with him in the vehicle, I had to have one for myself. I did some research online and found that they had an 09 w Daniels. After taking a few rides with him in the vehicle, I had to have one for myself. I did some research online and found that they had an 09 with good mileage and a clean Carfax report that was in the same price range of the 08 that I was originally interested in. I decided to go in the dealership on a whim with my mother after returning from a vacation. Right after we parked at Jack Daniels we were greeted by Fernando Costa. I was unshaven, not dressed well yet still received excellent customer service. Fernando was very friendly to me and my mom and was very helpful in answering all of my questions I had about the different cars they had on display. After getting in a few of the Audis with him, I had pretty much made up my mind. I came back later that day and we put a down payment on the car and applied for financing with Adam Zabrocki. He fixed me up with a great payment plan. The next day we came back and Fernando made sure I knew how to use everything in the vehicle. Arthur Nicholson told me a great deal of history and specs on my new car. I already like the car before I arrived but after purchasing it they made me fall in love.
