I had been considering over the last few months leaving the BMW brand and making the switch over to Audi. Last evening I pulled out of the Upper Saddle River Jack Daniels Audi lot with my new vehicle (A5 the BMW brand and making the switch over to Audi. Last evening I pulled out of the Upper Saddle River Jack Daniels Audi lot with my new vehicle (A5 Cabriolet) - which I am beyond thrilled over. I was reluctant to make the brand change without having all of the information I needed to feel comfortable about making the change. The service that I received at Jack Daniels Audi started a couple of months ago with my initial visit... The follow up by the Sales Team with the information that I had requested was always thorough and left me with little to question. In other words, not only was I comfortable with making the brand switch, I eager to make the change having been educated on the Audi A5 (and able to make the appropriate comparisons). Not only do I have a great looking car that performs better than I could have imagined, but it is backed with a great sales experience and service plan moving forward.
