When you buy a used car, you care about two things: price and condition. If you contact a dealer on a car, that means the price is more or less reasonable. I can’t speak for all salesmen at this dealership, but Luis has done a great job at presenting me the car I’m interested in. When I asked about scratches, not like most of other car dealers who hope you don’t notice them, Luis sent me pictures of all scratches even before my appointment at the dealership. He’s very honest, straightforward and easy to talk with. He’ll let you know if things work or not right away, and at my appointment, I don’t feel like I have to play a mind game or something. I highly recommend him if you consider buying a car from this dealership. More
