Visiting Ira CDJR today for a check engine light. My vehicle went in immediately and about two hours of reading passed before the problem was found and the part ordered. I’ve dealt with sales and service for 6 yrs. Service is professional . Some are more knowledgeable than others. Since Prime and IRA have had ownership, working with the dealership had become too be burea professional . Some are more knowledgeable than others. Since Prime and IRA have had ownership, working with the dealership had become too be bureaucratic. Customer Service has devolved into automated voice and texts. And parts has as dismal a supply chain as the federal government. It took me two trips from Portland to Saco for a set of tires when I could have had them installed IN Portland at the tire place where they were bought. NOT fun. Not efficient. And it makes the Service staff look foolish and apologetic. I don’t think I will return to this IRA. More
