I specifically requested a Ram for a company company provided 2007 Ram 1500 SLT with Jolly John and now Southern Maine Motors for the last 3+ years. I specifically requested a Ram for a company truck just so that I would be able to have Elaine and her team be able to service it. I cant afford down time and I have received nothing but the best service possible. The pricing is fair in the market place and extremely reasonable for any dealership and I should know because when I took over as Manager of my company I took over a fleet of service trucks that are currently from other manufactures. I also appreciate the fact they do not try to sell me something I don't need but advise me of the upcoming concerns and services that I will need. Having owned my own 3 bay auto repair shop 10 years ago and being a former ASE Master Tech (neither of which I believe know about) I am very qualified to detect any sort of improperly suggested part replacement or suggested service. I would highly recommend Southern Maine Motors Service department for anyone interested in properly maintaining their Chrysler and Dodge vehicle. I have also had a few dealings with the Parts Department. I believe the Parts Manager Dean is the gentleman I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The few parts I have needed to order arrived when he said. Although I haven't needed parts in the last 12 months based on the dealings I have had I would rank all 5's as well.
