We found a truck we were interested in and they were able to get it to a price we felt was fair. Once again there was no pressure or guilt laden spiels about how much the dealership "had into it" or what a great offer they were giving us. It was professional and reasonable throughout the process including the final agreement which was completed with the manager who also was incredibly professional and polite. The icing on the cake was Kim in finance. She was so personable and pleasant and didn't hassle us when we passed on the extra warranties and offers. She was efficient with getting our paperwork together and explaining everything along the way. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had here with everyone involved. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More

Only had to spend 15-20 minutes with Kim who was also wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, wonderful to deal with! Have bought many new vehicles and this was one of the best experiences we have had. Will be back in a year to but a Ram pickup even it we have to travel 3 hours! Still working with him to get passenger side running light/directional light replaced as it has water inside it - noticed when going over vehicle with Michael when we purchased it. Service was closed at that time. Know that it will get worked out. More

Bought 2nd car there I bought a used '12 Dodge Ram 2 years ago and just returned to buy a '15 Journey. I dealt with 2 separate sales people and got the same excellent treatment from both. At no time did I feel pressure to buy or felt uncomfortable in any way. My wife also feels comfortable shopping there and she is the one that picked out our 2nd vehicle there. Mike Kry was my salesperson on the Journey. The dealership ordered me some floor mats and when they came in, Mike saw me at the service desk, he grabbed the mats and put them in the car for me. It wasn't hard to do, but the point is her really went the extra distance. On both vehicles I bought, I did my research and I felt that the price was the right price, I wasn't stealing them but I wasn't overpaying either. They also let me and my son sit in their Hellcat while our car was getting ready. Thanks Mike! More

He didnt try to upsell me, he listened to what i needed and put me into exactly what i needed a 2009 BMW 328i and gave my scary experience a happy ending. Southern maine motor displayed empathy and worked with me way beyond what i thought they could. I would reccomend them to anybody who is looking for a vehicle and wants to have an extremely pleasant and efficient experience.
