Although I didn't find a truck that interested me at the time, they were great at keeping me updated on any trucks and deals as they came up. Because of there service, that is why I decided that during my search I was definitely sticking with Southern Maine Motors. This week they found me a truck with a deal that I couldn't pass up! We were on our way home from work at 5 pm and stopped in, Dylan brought the vehicle to the facility door, we went for a test drive, and before we knew it, we were riding home with our new vehicle by 8:30 we were home. Great Experience We were in the market for a used truck and visited multiple dealers in the area. This was the last place we stopped on the way home and we are so glad We were in the market for a used truck and visited multiple dealers in the area. This was the last place we stopped on the way home and we are so glad we did. Our salesman Dylan was polite, helpful and not the least bit pushy. We found a truck we were interested in and they were able to get it to a price we felt was fair. Once again there was no pressure or guilt laden spiels about how much the dealership "had into it" or what a great offer they were giving us. It was professional and reasonable throughout the process including the final agreement which was completed with the manager who also was incredibly professional and polite. The icing on the cake was Kim in finance. She was so personable and pleasant and didn't hassle us when we passed on the extra warranties and offers. She was efficient with getting our paperwork together and explaining everything along the way. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had here with everyone involved. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More

Home for us is 3 hours away from the dealership and Michael took all our info and gave it to Kim so that when we arriv Had a great buying experience! Home for us is 3 hours away from the dealership and Michael took all our info and gave it to Kim so that when we arrived we would be able to finish the sale quickly - arrived at 6:45PM and they close at 8PM. Only had to spend 15-20 minutes with Kim who was also wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, wonderful to deal with! Have bought many new vehicles and this was one of the best experiences we have had. Will be back in a year to but a Ram pickup even it we have to travel 3 hours! Still working with him to get passenger side running light/directional light replaced as it has water inside it - noticed when going over vehicle with Michael when we purchased it. Service was closed at that time. Know that it will get worked out. More
