Professionalism and knowledgeable Although I drove quite a distance as I was told by one of the reps that the vehicle was there, luckily I was introduced to a different rep, Mike Kry. He was gracious and apologetic that the vehicle was not on the lot. We reviewed other options and he made sure that each vehicle of interest was actually there. I did find that he was extremely knowledgeable f othe Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's options. We went over a couple of them and I was not able to find the exact Grand Cherokee I was looking for. He called me the next day or so with information on one that met my requirements, We worked through the deal and I picked it up the next day. I am very happy with how I was treated with my trade and how the negotiations and delivery went. I highly recommend Michael as a no xx Jeep sales rep. More
