I chatted with Holly online first who was very helpful and set me up an appointment with Michael Kry. I can't say enough about Michael and the ease of dealing with him through the vehicle purchasing process. Michael is a very easy going and relaxed guy. I experienced no pressure or hard sale tactic with Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ram truck I was looking at and was very positive and patient with me during the credit application/financing process. After being approved for credit, Gayle Martin walked me through the paperwork process. Gayle was very helpful and thorough.
