2018 Ram 1500 I walked into Southern Maine with a good amount research in my back pocket, but little to no experience with buying a new vehicle. This was my first v I walked into Southern Maine with a good amount research in my back pocket, but little to no experience with buying a new vehicle. This was my first vehicle purchase and I was very fortunate to have done business with this dealership and most specifically, Mr. Kry. My intention was to walk in, check out what they had to offer and move on to the next dealership to compare prices based on my budget. But, the more I discussed with Michael, the more comfortable I felt with sticking with this dealership. I had specific needs, wants, and price points that I knew personally I needed to hit to ensure a vehicle purchase. Throughout the entire process, I felt that Mike genuinely wanted to help me meet those goals and did everything in his power to get us there, and at the end of the day he successfully did just that. The customer service here was flawless, I never felt challenged to make a deal, but just to be honest in what I could and could not do. I really appreciated that the sales associates were willing to take their time with me and work very hard to find the right truck, and make sure I was happy with it. Not only that, but this particular associate went out of his way on a day off to speak to me over the phone, and come in to the dealership to hand deliver the vehicle, go through all of the features with me, and assure all the paperwork was finalized prior to taking it off the lot.
