My Ram was taken here by my diesel mechanic to check / clear codes.. and to perform all vehicle recalls.. I waited a week for them to even look at it .. they were authorized to do $1090. dollars of repair clear codes.. and to perform all vehicle recalls.. First I was told (by Sean) my bill was $ 1400.. because of some hoses.. then the day before I went to pick the truck up the bill was $ 1500… when I picked it up the total was now up to $ 1600.. with no clear explanation of the increase.. they did not address any of the recall issues .. is that even legal? I think one of the recalls is for a faulty airbag?? The exact same limp mode code , that I took it in for is still coming up.. told me I needed a catalytic converter but couldn’t/ wouldn’t tell me how clogged mine is I.e. 20 percent 60percent.. also quoted me a price of $ 2800 which almost immediately jumped to $3000.. for the catalytic converter.. Also they NEVER called when they said they would.. sorry just did not feel like I could trust a word Sean said…terrible experience.. got my truck out of there and will never go back…so very unhelpful..and definitely feel like I was ripped off!! Charged $ 48.95 for shop supplies.. was told that was basically for paper towels and cleaning products??? More

My car is a convertible. In early November, they left my car outside in their front lot, visible from Rte 1, ALL NIGHT LONG WITH THE TOP DOWN!!!! Not only was this an easy target for vandals (luckily that didn't happen), but the dew and frost definitely settled on the leather interior. Then said they were unable to fix my electrical problems. There were a whole lot of other ways their customer service was terrible, but the list is too long. So, I decided I would only post the one that showed complete and utter negligence. If I could rate ZERO stars, I certainly would! More

The service department is terrible and really is in dire need of some customer service training. I scheduled an appointment for my truck tires to be replaced a month in advance and was notified an hour int need of some customer service training. I scheduled an appointment for my truck tires to be replaced a month in advance and was notified an hour into my appointment that they only had two tires! I was completely baffled as to why I wasn't notified before I took the afternoon off from work, drove a half hour to the dealership and then waited another hour and nothing was done! No apology or anything. I received a follow up phone call from John but he was ineffective in helping me get back in to get the new tires. I ended up going to Town Fair Tire with free tire rotations, free tire repair and under an hour wait time (compared to Dodge's 4 hour wait time!) for the same price. Stay away! More
