Check Engine Light On I was vacationing in Maine and live out of state. While driving on Sunday my Check Engine Light came on. I made it to my destination and scheduled an I was vacationing in Maine and live out of state. While driving on Sunday my Check Engine Light came on. I made it to my destination and scheduled an appointment with Southern Maine Motors via the internet for Monday afternoon. I drove to Southern Maine Motors the next morning and checked in with Service Advisor Cassandra Desmarais. I told her that I was early for my appointment and she said that was no problem. Within several minutes she was able to tell me what cause the Check Engine Light to come on and that they could fixed it in a couple of hours. She was very professional and put me at ease and said that the staff at Southern Maine Motors would have me back on my vacation road trip soon. True to her words my Jeep was ready to operate safely once again. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff at SMM. Two things worry any vacationer, (1) being in a strange place and getting sick away from your family doctor and (2) being on vacation and having automobile problems away from your local dealership.
