We had a great experience at Ira Jack today. Tim our salesperson was easy going, honest, and committed to getting us the right car and deal for us. we never felt pressure. Tim was respectful of our bot salesperson was easy going, honest, and committed to getting us the right car and deal for us. we never felt pressure. Tim was respectful of our bottom line and didn’t try to sell us more than we could handle. Mike the owner was friendly and also committed to getting us a good deal. Gary the finance guy was equally awesome. Buying a car is a dreaded experience by many and we actually enjoyed ours at Ira Jack! More

I found a 2017 Sierra LTZ pickup on the lot, 81k , and slight damage left cab corner however priced accordingly according to the salesperson, I was informed by Patrick that his friend was coming to look a slight damage left cab corner however priced accordingly according to the salesperson, I was informed by Patrick that his friend was coming to look at the vehicle but it was still for sale, "red flag", we went for a test drive and immediately the bells and whistles low gas immediate attention required so we pulled into Irving to get gas and finished the test drive. Upon returning to ira jack dealership I agreed to look at some numbers, the sales manager took my vehicle for a spin, when he returned with my vehicle a sales proposal was presented reflecting what I call a cold slap in the face for my trade value nada value for my 07 Avalanche verified by another dealer was 8,500, trade offer by Ira Jack 5,300, were talking about full asking price on the on the 17 Silverado, so basically the moral here is know the value of your trade or there going to take your $$$$$$. Another great experience While having a basic service - oil, tire rotation, etc, I asked the service tech to check out a thump in the front. I don't know how they sleep at night You will get scammed. If you are low income or have poor credit you will get ethically xxxxx by these monsters. They will smooth talk you into purchas You will get scammed. If you are low income or have poor credit you will get ethically xxxxx by these monsters. They will smooth talk you into purchasing a vehicle that already requires work (in this case a large rust spot they tell you they're going to fix before you come back to pick the car up) and lie to you about the amount the bank will finance only to bring you back into the office a week later and attempt to COMMIT FRAUD by coercing you into signing an ILLEGAL SECOND CONTRACT when in reality the bank never agreed to finance the amount they told you they would. In my case, they wanted to revoke warranty coverage which a month and a half later all makes sense now. Not only that but on the day I came back into the office and Gary sat down with me, I noticed the repair slip from their shop (the engine light came on a couple days prior due to a sensor issue) was backdated as was the second contract. The timeline from when I signed my first contract to the day they tried to coerce me into signing a new one was a chunk of time they were feebly attempting to destroy the paper trail of. Had I been gullible enough to sign said second contract (again--without financing for a warranty)--there would have been no record of the first time I came in and ACTUALLY drove my car off the lot. Since purchasing this vehicle I have been in a psychological state of duress. I have a 40 minute commute to work every day and every day I get behind the wheel with my palms sweating and my heart pounding. From the point of putting the key into the ignition, the entire frame of the car vibrates to such an extent that I have to hold onto the rearview mirror in order to see behind me otherwise the image reflected there is too blurry. I am embarrassed to be among other motorists on the road as my brakes have been omitting a piercing squeal at every turn for a few weeks. On the day I drove my new car off the lot the brakes were described as 'touchy'.' Little did I know that touchy meant the car jutting forward after fully depressing the brake pedal and sometimes not working at all. My most recent panic attack behind the wheel was last Sunday when as I was pulling out of my driveway I nearly collided with my neighbor's parked car as the brakes didn't respond soon enough which is to say they barely worked at all. The catalyst for writing this review is that today on my lunch break I was waiting my turn at an intersection on a very modest incline. I was second in line and even so I barely cleared the intersection because despite my pushing on the gas pedal as hard as I could, the car was barely accelerating. Panic started to rise as I thought that perhaps I was about to become stuck smack dab in the middle of a four way busy intersection because my car just wasn't GOING which was scary and confusing. This incident was immediately followed by the car surging forward--a foot or so away from smashing into the truck in front of me. Right now the reality is that I am driving a car I have had for 2 months that... -Randomly slows to a crawl when attempting to accelerate -Sporadically juts forward while braking -Either comes to a jolting stop while braking or the brakes are barely responsive -Shakes violently -Has a rapidly high-pitched clicking noise coming from the engine -Has a back right tire that drops to a dangerously low air pressure once a week -Has a large rust spot with more paint continuing to bubble up and fleck off DO NOT trust Frank Galos. If you think your life is hard without a car--I cannot begin to stress to you how much worse it can be if you buy a car here. I am afraid for my life and fear putting other motorists and the friends I have in the passenger seat in danger because problem after problem continues to arise. They started out as mild annoyances but now I am scared every time I have to leave work or go to the grocery store or even down the street. The brakes work even though not well and the car trudges 5 MPH through a four way busy intersection but will there come a day where I try to brake and can't stop? Where the car suddenly slows to a crawl on the turnpike? I held off going public with this experience for so long because I wanted to believe, after all they've done, that they could still make right. Well that has yet to happen and I doubt it will ever happen because how can you expect help who merely treat their customers as a means to an end. They value their paychecks more than they value our lives. Frank Galos doesn't just sell bad cars--they sell death traps and they'll do it with a smile on their face as they look you kindly in the eyes. More
