Add my name to completely unhappy Ira Jack customers. I purchased a used 2018 ford f-150 with 29000 miles on it.The truck seemed fine but within a day or two started pulling to the left,mis-firing and we f purchased a used 2018 ford f-150 with 29000 miles on it.The truck seemed fine but within a day or two started pulling to the left,mis-firing and we found an oil leak.Ira jack had it for nearly 2 weeks and called to say it was ready for me.I picked it up,and it was worse than when I dropped it off.Ira jack service dept decided to bring it to casco bay ford,they didn"t fix it so then Ira Jack brought it to Prime ford in Saco.Again,truck STILL mis-fires and pulls to the left.Three dealerships and still not fixed.This will be my LAST truck bought at Ira Jack.Terrible service,sales incompetent.NEVER,NEVER AGAIN...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT IRA JACK. More
