Words of gratitude to express of how I was treated with this business! I have never been able to trust a Repair shop but I feel at ease now knowing I have one to trust in. I will, admit my transaction wasn this business! I have never been able to trust a Repair shop but I feel at ease now knowing I have one to trust in. I will, admit my transaction wasn't the easiest & took alot of patience with the warranty company to replace my transmission on my Sierra Denali. few trips but each time I was treated with respect. Mike Condon in service is second to none. More

Really disappointing experience overall. Price was fair and Anthony my sales person was quick to respond during the sales process. Once in the dealership is when it went down hill quickly. Made a prepayme and Anthony my sales person was quick to respond during the sales process. Once in the dealership is when it went down hill quickly. Made a prepayment on Wednesday to hold my truck, was told Thursday that it was PDI'd and cleaned. I realized on Saturday that one of the packages I was told the truck had, was in fact a different package that's standard equipment. Because the truck was in transit, a window sticker wasn't available on Wednesday. Once I realized the error, I reached out and asked for the window sticker after explaining the discrepancy. It took over 2 hours to receive that and was reminded that I had put partial payment down anyway, so kind of out of luck. I had a Saturday appointment for 5:00, and showed up at 4:45 (I live 3 hours away). Truck was just being brought into the shop at to get ready for me when I showed up, Anthony brought me out to the service bay to see my truck, but I couldn't drive it. Many apologies for a jammed packed day, "too busy" was used quite a bit. After about an 1:15 minute wait we were finally presented our finance paperwork. This was after 3 walk in customers were allowed to get through their paperwork first. It took about 10 minutes to get through that which felt hurried and then another 10-15 to go through the delivery of the vehicle with Anthony. When we hopped in to head home it was 6:35. I never actually got to test drive the truck. Before we left we were told we'd get a survey from GM and it was very important to fill that out. Don't leave it blank because it hurts us! If for any reason we couldn't give every category a 5 star rating, to reach back out. On Monday, I realized that the paperwork was incorrect so I reached back out to get clarification. Turns out that their was a miscommunication on the price of the extended warranty. No worries, as I was told that it was free to cancel within the first 30 days. But the finance Manager is now telling me that yes it can be canceled but I need to wait for the loan to be funded which could take up to 45 days, hmmmm now I'm getting annoyed. So on Tuesday, I do as asked, and reach back out to Anthony. I let him know that it really hasn't been close to a 5 star experience and I just wanted to do the right thing and follow their instructions. Finance Manager calls and asks for a recap of why I'm not happy. Give the full run down and am told that the GM will be reaching out to me. Awesome! Wednesday goes by and no call. On Thursday I call to ask where my financing paperwork was (was supposed to be overnighted Tuesday). It did show up later Thursday but to the wrong address and most of it was missing. Oh the girls in the office messed up, we'll get it right out, oh and the GM had a bad reaction to shot and was out yesterday but he'll call you later today. Thursday finishes with no call. On Friday around 5, I get the highly anticipated call from Jim himself. Spend 20 minutes recapping the transaction. They asked me what I wanted to get a 5 star review. I told them that honestly, I was just doing what was asked regarding the purchase survey, if they had some ideas, I'd be all ears. Then I asked about the remainder of my financing paperwork , oh man, I was too busy and the girls forgot, we'll send it right out. I throw out an idea because they keep asking what I want. I'm told they'd have to do some checking but Jim himself would give me a call Monday. Great! Monday comes and goes without a call. Tuesday at 3 I called because my financing paperwork still hasn't been delivered, guess what, it had been delivered, just to the wrong address again. Now I'm fed up and ask why Jim hasn't called me. We were too busy yesterday is what I'm told. Okay, you guys are killing me here, I'm just going to leave the review and stop wasting all of our time. That's when the finance manager mentions me not doing the review anymore. I ask Gary....after all of this now you're suggesting I don't do the review? He responds absolutely, just delete it. Do us all a favor and don't do it. At that point I tell him that I'm just going to reach out to GM so I have documentation in case any other issues arise from this transaction. I do love my new truck and the price was good at Ira Jack. They did imply that because I lived so far away that my business wasn't as important. But I can tell you from experience that the quality of the dealer post sale can be more important than the price you pay initially. At this point, with the lack of communication, amount of mistakes, all the finger pointing from their "leadership team" and wasted time, I'd visit another dealer if I were in the market again. And although I would say that most people I dealt with their were incompetent, they were at least very friendly. More

The details of what was wrong with my car were extensive and accurate. You don’t always get that. The service was friendly from start to finish. Considering the work needed on my car, service was also quick and accurate. You don’t always get that. The service was friendly from start to finish.
