Brought my truck in for an airbag recall and needed it done by 3:00 p.m. as soon as they were done with it I was hoping for a call back because I asked him to take good look over on it older truck and I w done by 3:00 p.m. as soon as they were done with it I was hoping for a call back because I asked him to take good look over on it older truck and I was expecting the call probably around 11:00 to noon I wound up calling them at like 2:00 trying to find out if my truck was done and it had been done for a couple hours service advisor apologized they had been busy I understand I work in the trade, when I picked up my truck an hour later I had found out that the tech had washed my truck bonus points for that because it was covered in salt when I brought it in bonus points for that the only reason it's four stars and not five stars is I'm not sure if the tech actually put my truck up on the lift and checked it all over with 150 something thousand miles I was expecting u joints and tie rod ends (both of which have been seeping grease for a couple months) but the repairs quoted were just general maintenance items all by mileage not condition of each item that's the only reason it's four stars instead of five stars but for what I brought it in for they did a wicked good job More
