Ive been going to this dealer for service on my car for the past 3 years. I really enjoyed Mike and Paul, but unfortunately it seems they no longer work there. Mike numerous times took the time to explain the past 3 years. I really enjoyed Mike and Paul, but unfortunately it seems they no longer work there. Mike numerous times took the time to explain things and ensure I was satisfied with the repair etc. Today, the condition of my car after the oil change was disgusting. From the door frame to the bottom floor, there were large grease stains left on the beige cloth and carpet. I take good care of my cars and seeing this type of service leaves me extremely disappointed. Jack used to be the only dealer I wanted to take my car, despite 45 min drive but today I feel it is time for me to try other dealers. This in unacceptable. They should ensure they leave the cars in immaculate condition and use protective plastic over seats and floor mats. Really really lack of care from their team. More
