Dear Julia, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. First and foremost, you did NOT purchase your truck from our dealership, nor did you buy the service contract through us. The dealership you purchased the vehicle from has Zero affiliation with us. The service contract company you selected is not one we have a relationship with, which made it extremely difficult to get a timely response. Our service team made multiple attempts to contact them, spending hours on hold, only to be disconnected. When we suggested you reach out directly, it was in the hopes that they might respond more efficiently to you as the contract holder. Regarding the repair timeline, delays were largely due to the extended back-and-forth with your warranty provider, not a lack of effort on our part. We understand that waiting for repairs is frustrating, but we were working within the constraints of your warranty’s approval process. As for the communication with our service advisor, we regret if his approach did not meet your expectations. Our team is trained to provide professional service, and we welcome constructive feedback to improve. However, at no point was there an intent to “divide and conquer” or be dismissive of your concerns. Finally, pricing on repairs can vary between dealerships and independent shops due to differences in parts, labor, and warranty-backed service. Our quotes reflect manufacturer standards and certified repair processes. While we respect your decision to seek alternative options, we want to emphasize that our pricing is based on industry standards and not an attempt to take advantage of anyone. We did waive your diagnostic fee as a courtesy, not as an admission of wrongdoing, but to try to resolve the situation amicably. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by our team’s efforts to assist you under difficult circumstances. We do however appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback and we do take it to heart. We will use it to improve our processes.
