I brought my Chevy that I purchased from the dealership. It was having issues where it would turn off while driving and the power steering would jerk. The car was inappropriately diagnosed, although they di It was having issues where it would turn off while driving and the power steering would jerk. The car was inappropriately diagnosed, although they did fix my AWD, it didn’t do anything for my original complaint. I found the work to be grossly overpriced. When I called back to report the car was doing the same thing, the employee said I never mentioned these things, which I mentioned three times to various people on the phone and when I dropped it off in person. The employee told me to send a video of what was happening which I promptly did. I never heard back and a week later, my car died in traffic. A kind mechanic pushed my car to his lot and quickly identified that it was battery. He replaced it in 10 minutes and this resolved all of the pre-existing issues. I will not bring my car back here ever again. More

Great service, I called for an issue and they got me in quickly. I asked them to go over the truck with a fine tooth comb and they did.
