MaxChevy2018 I leased a 2018 on 6/9/2017. I don't have any complaints with JYD. My experience was more than expected. The only complaint I have is with GM whic I leased a 2018 on 6/9/2017. The only complaint I have is with GM which ran my credit 3 times and allowed me to have 3 inquiries on my report which gave me 3 hard hits and affected my credit score. The customer service at JYD was excellent. Whenever I called I was given quality time. They never rushed me off the phone. I would recommend them because their goal was to make me happy More

We used them to lease a Chrysler and were BUYER BEWARE: I would like to give a huge THUMBS DOWN 👎🏼 to JYD auto leasing group in Howard Beach, NY. We used them to lease a Chrysler and were told by them ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS that if we leased another car from the same brand we would NOT be responsible for a $395 disposition fee charged at the end of our current lease. Before signing the papers to lease another Chrysler, we again asked about this fee and were told that we would not be responsible for this fee and when/if we received a bill from Chrysler we should fax it to JYD and they would take care of it with Chrysler. We received a bill from Chrysler, spoke to the sales rep at JYD who said it would be taken care of, no problem. We emailed it to JYD (as per our conversation that day) and received no response for almost one full month. Yesterday, We received a phone call from Chrysler again. We called JYD and now we are being told that “they don’t recall saying that” to us. Since they used a different bank for the lease that it probably doesn’t count as a Chrysler lease and therefore they probably cannot do anything about the $395 fee but we can call Chrysler and try to argue that we shouldn’t have to pay it. She explained that, “sometimes you get lucky and Chrysler doesn’t catch it and you don’t have to pay”. Obviously, this is an issue that has come up in the past and perhaps she was banking on that chance when we were blatantly lied to regarding this fee. This was a “bait and switch” tactic to make a quick sale. We were completely mis-led and lied to multiple times by more than one person at the JYD auto group. While they “understand” our frustration, we were told tonight that there’s nothing they can do for us. We are incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism that at least three of the sales reps/managers have demonstrated to us in this matter and hope that no one else falls victim to their dirty lies and tactics. This was the first time we have ever used a leasing company. We will not make this mistake again. More

Unprofessional personel. If you're looking to buy or lease and don't want a horrible experience yeah don't go there. More
Messed us up Badly Originally my mother and i were in a chevy and being the payments were high, we wanted to get into something cheaper. so when no dealer would help us Originally my mother and i were in a chevy and being the payments were high, we wanted to get into something cheaper. so when no dealer would help us here, we turned to them. Originally we were told we were getting a 2016 Hyundai Accent and that the payments would be a hundred or so less then what we were paying. It all sounded great. Then, we had to call to find out what was going on a few days later. Story changed to a 2015 Hyundai Veloster which was fine. Was told by JD that payments would still be less and that the payoff for our original car had to be taken care of. We were told not to worry etc. Day came and delievery of the car was fine. Signing the papers and found out that the payments would be about the same as what we were paying before. We figured okay well we're getting a newer and better car which was okay. HOWEVER, a few days later GM was contacting us about the payoff. we told them to contact JYD being they were handling it. Days went by and GM was still contacting them about the payoff. JD was told even before the deal was done that they HAD to be paid off. Still nothing. So basically this placed MESSED us up bad being now we MIGHT be responsible for two cars and thats something that we cannot afford. They were told that they HAD to payoff original loan even before we got into the deal. Granted we got a nicer newer car but we're hoping that we don't have to have an issue with GM possibly coming after us for the balance being my father died recently and i'm disabled. NOT GOOD. More

Jason was immediately friendly, accommodating, straight forward and sincere. He did not try to pull any fast ones on me and gave me honest opinions. He was also extremely available and quick to answer all my (many) questions. He was patient and very funny. I enjoyed my experience and was thrilled to receive my car ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Jason and would use him again for my future car buying needs. More

Scam artists and crooks Don't waste your time...scam artists...you can get better pricing from a dealer....paperwork never showed my $1,000 down payment ? Went to a dealer and got the car for the same $ down jyd wanted and the car payment was $54 cheaper a month. More
