Poor Customer Service In Their Service Department We brought my fathers car into the Kia dealership for service around September 2017. It was brought in for regular oil change maintenance. We parked the car in the driveway when we got home that night (it was dark out) and didn't move it until the next day. Once we moved the car we started noticing some oil spots in my driveway that's only 2 years old. I put down some cardboard under the car to be sure where it was coming from and it was coming from the car. It leaked so bad that it went right through the cardboard onto the driveway creating additional stains. I called the dealership right away and was told to bring it in. I brought it back to the service department and they had told me that their technician had never tightened up the screw on the oil pan, which is what caused the leak. After going back and forth with them several times asking them to come fix my driveway, they finally decided to send out 2 different mechanics on 2 separate occasions to try to clean the oil stains. They sprayed some substance on my concrete driveway and tried getting it out themselves, but this only made the driveway much worse in these areas. I continued going back and forth with the service manager to try to get them to fix my driveway. It took me many phone calls to finally get a call back where they decided to hire a professional power washing company to come out to repair my driveway. The power washing company came out on 2 separate occasions and attempted in getting these stains out, but had absolutely no luck. He had told me that by them sending mechanics out and putting this substance on it, it put a coating on top of the oil and will prevent anyone from being to lift that oil stain from the driveway. So as of right now I'm left with the stains from the oil on my driveway and they have not contacted me with any resolution in store. More

Service Department When I purchased my car, the salesman was proud of the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. He failed to mention that if you actual need the warranty it tak When I purchased my car, the salesman was proud of the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. He failed to mention that if you actual need the warranty it takes over a month to have your car serviced. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they could look at my transmission as well because it was slipping. I was told they did not have time to look at my transmission and the soonest they could look at it was a month out. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous, not to mention it is a 2016 with 20,000 miles, I should not be having transmission issues. When the tires were rotated they left one of my KIA emblems off of my tire. I have called the dealership and corporate office to have it replaced. I have yet to have anyone to follow up with me. More
