My engine light was on and needed a 02 sensor based on $185 diagnostic read. I was told that the sensor couldn't come off without damaging the manifold catalytic convertor. Was also told it would.cost m $185 diagnostic read. I was told that the sensor couldn't come off without damaging the manifold catalytic convertor. Was also told it would.cost me roughly $2180 to replace. This made no sense to go from a $400 dollar job to over $2100. A mechanic was recommended to who was able to change to 02 sensor. My engine light is off and drives great I was truly disappointed in service at JT. More

JT's is the only place that I take my 2020 Kia Soul. Because they know my car and I get excellence service when I go there!!!Be careful where you take your car for service.
