If we didn't put the splash guard back up correctly after a service, we take responsibility for it. Not all splash guards need to be removed, some have access doors for the filter. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. We see no other issues in our records. Could you please let us know the other two issues you have experienced so that we may find a solution for those as well? Thank you for working with us on this issue.

Excellent customer service responded

On 9/16/22 went in for oil change and tire rotation. Inspection said tires were fine. Took it back 9/26/22 because tires vibrated when reaching 60 miles a hour. They said tires were chopped and I new new tires and a wheel alignment. I went to Sam's and brought new tires 10/10/22 but didn't need a wheel alignment. Tires were probably just not balanced correctly. Then took it for oil change 1/30/23, and was told that there was a nail in my left front. I refused the repair, took my car directly to Sam's to get it repaired. They had 3 technicians check but couldn't find a nail in my tire. To this day no nail has been found. I feel they're charging for unnecessary repairs. And again, I've had 3 Sorrento's and oil changes and only once until now do the not attach the undercover correctly. Taking advantage of women and the elderly is a discussing had just like scamming the elderly.
