The experience was excellent as we had only purchased our other car (traded it in for the new car) 2 years previously. They made it fit our budget and the lease option was better for us, as we do not drive a large distance per year. And the time it took to do all of the paper work was not long at all. I would recommend JT's KIA dealership to anyone. More

A service trip for nothing I came to get my car serviced in October 2018 and the wait was long. I needed an oil change, but only to find out there was a charge for the oil chang I came to get my car serviced in October 2018 and the wait was long. I needed an oil change, but only to find out there was a charge for the oil change. I thought I was to receive free oil changes up to 1 year, and it hasn't even been a whole year. As a result I did not receive the oil change. They were also supposed to clean my car, but the wait was so long, I informed the staff to for get about it and to bring the car out, so that I can pick my child on time from school. Not very pleased with the service center. More

Service Department Dropping my car off for an oil change and a car wash I was offered a courtesy ride instead of waiting at the dealership. Awesome concept however once I was called and told my car was ready I was stuck outside of applebees waiting for almost 2 hours on the courtesy van to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Then to get to the dealership my car that was supposed to be washed had finger prints all over my windows and it looked like someone had thrown a soft drink down the side on my car then to make thing worse I was reading over my paper work and it says I refused the parts or services they recommended be done not once did I receive a call telling me about any of the "needed" things that needed to be done to my car. When I called to ask about it I was told that there was nothing wrong they didnt know why that was on my paper work. I did indeed need new windshield wipers for a fact but that wasn't listed as things "needed" for the car. This is my second vehicle from your dealership and I drive over an hour for service and the way I was treated and the quality of work done I wouldn't not recommend your service department to anyone!!! More

Had to get upper level management involved Unfortunately, we have had issues the last few times we have been there. They have had some changes, and not for the better. At the time of the visit, Unfortunately, we have had issues the last few times we have been there. They have had some changes, and not for the better. At the time of the visit, it took up to two weeks to get in, just for an oil change. And oil change and tire rotation should take an hour, max. However, at the appointment time, they said it would take at least two hours. Some folks already had been waiting more than two hours JUST for an oil change and tire rotation. I won't go into a lot of detail, but I had to get the GM and Rich who is over all the service area involved. Rich actually SAW what I was talking about...Rich made it right, but not until after I had to complain. I hope the new things they are putting in place works because I would like to give them a four star rating that they used to have when we first started using them about two years ago. The customer service is NOT customer oriented, but Rich assured me they are working on it. I sure hope so. They do have some good employees, but I seem to get the bad ones. Praying for them to turn it around. Driving 90 minutes one way to be treated horribly is not what I like. More
