service department, my god. I bought wipers and was asked if I wanted them put on. "sure" I said jokingly, "if it's not going to take 30 minutes". I was assured that wouldn't hap I bought wipers and was asked if I wanted them put on. "sure" I said jokingly, "if it's not going to take 30 minutes". I was assured that wouldn't happen. Well a HOUR AND A HALF later, I was presented with an invoice with a $10 labor charge that was never mentioned. The service manager politely removed the charge. Here's the problem, it should never take more than 5 minutes to install wipers. If your associate had mentioned up front that I would be charged labor AND it would take more than 15 minutes, I would've taken my wipers to go and installed them myself. All these other retailers walk out and install them for FREE under 5 minutes after your purchase. I saw at least 3 service associates walk through the waiting area chatting, getting water, etc. Not saying they don't deserve a break, just saying a 5 minute job shouldn't take 1.5 hrs to complete. Very disappointing... More

cleanliness of new 2119 kia sportage bought new. We bought a brand new Sportage last month. It went back to get detailed. All the windows had a haze on them like they were never cleaned. And for a 21 We bought a brand new Sportage last month. It went back to get detailed. All the windows had a haze on them like they were never cleaned. And for a 2119 vehicle with 18 miles on it was not very clean. But as far as the car is concerned a 2119 Sportage EX we love it. The salesman Tim Moron was great he was a big help. Because of him we bought a2116 Forte for our second car. That vehicle was also not cleaned properly we had to pay to get both cars washed and cleaned. Just want to know does the dealership clean the cars when they are sold. I wonder because we a new 2117 kia sportage 2 years ago and used it as a trade in witch was cleaner then our new car. More
